11-page pattern includes two charts and detailed written directions.

Knitted motif, using short rows, cables, and grafting. One cable, snaking around and weaving back upon itself, to create a six-lobed figure. Suitable for cushion (pillow) or as the center of a garment. Fun to make for those who like to knit something novel.

Can be made in different gauges. Use yardage as your guide for other weights. Photos show worsted weight (about 90g).

Grafting (kitchner stitch) required—some experience helps. Set of 2 charts, repeated 6 times. Short-row experience also helps, but directions include explanation of how to wrap short rows. Begins with so-called invisible cast-on.

Errata: missing from finishing directions is the suggestion to block mandala by washing and setting out to dry flat.

Measurements: About 16 inches (40cm) diameter at indicated gauge.
