Level: Advanced ~ If you already know how to Cable this pattern should be Easy, Please read below to see what stitches are needed for this pattern.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Stitches used:
Normal Stitches
Chain stitch (Ch)
Single crochet (Sc)
Half Double crochet (Hdc)
Double crochet (Dc)
Treble or Triple Double crochet (Tdc)
Slip Stitch (Sl St)
and basic sewing for attaching buttons together.
For sewing the Fur to the scarf it helps if you know how to use a sewing machine ( just straight lines), however you could also hand sew on a thick fleece instead.
Cable Stitches
Front Post Treble Crochet (Fptc)
Front Post Double Crochet (Fpdc)
2-dc Cluster/Puff Stitch (FP2dcPuff) I’m not sure if there is a different name for this stitch, but for each stitch listed above I tell how to make the stitch on page two of the pattern.
It’s best if you at least know the normal stitches. It’s great if you also know the Cable Stitches, this is NOT a learn to cable pattern so you may want to watch some YouTube videos an the basics of Crochet Cable if you have never Cabled before. The big difference between normal crochet and Cable Crochet is that you work in the top of past stitches (Like normal) and the posts of the past stitches. You also will need to skip and come back to some stitches.
