This sweater is crocheted raglan style, from the top down. Yarn is attached to the armholes and sleeves are made directly onto the body of the sweater, making this a no-sew project (aside from the pesky ends). The pattern features a simple double crochet raglan style yoke, with a cable that runs the length of both sleeves. It also has ribbing along the hemline and cuffs.
