Small cables create a cozy fitting sock. Toe up construction with a mitered heel. Cables add a small enough detail to add interest without a complicated pattern. This is a great pattern for beginners of socks or cables.

Size: Average adult woman’s, 8.5” (21.6 cm) foot circumference with .5” (1.27 cm) negative ease for knitted sock

Materials: Fingering weight yarn (approximately 50-70 grams, 231-323 yards), size 1 (2.5 mm) DPNs or circular needles for magic loop, stitch markers, tapestry needle

Gauge: 32 st. x 42 rows = 4” x 4” (10.16 x 10.16 cm) stockinette. Adjust needle size to obtain gauge OR increase needle size for larger foot circumference, decrease needle size for smaller foot circumference.
