Cabled Baby Hat and Mittens Set
This pattern is

This set includes a cabled hat and thumbless mittens sized for a 6-12 month old baby. Both the hat and mittens are done in the round. Experienced knitters can probably adapt the pattern to be done on straight needles, adding an extra stitch for seaming.
