This is an easy and quick knit. You are doing some sort of cable work on every right side row, so it’s easy to keep track of the pattern. As shown, there are 7 repeats of the pattern, if you want to make it longer, you will need another skein of yarn.

The fourth button is optional, but gives you another wearing option.

Note that the flare in the borders is corrected by using smaller needles for the seeds stitch sections at the beginning and end. The green one in the photo used size 9 needles throughout, hence the flare.
