The cowl has a circumference of 65 cm and a height of 35 cm. If you wish to make to cowl bigger, then you can add a further pattern repeat. One repeat has 36 stitches.

I noticed on the comments page that it is troublesome to read the chart when it comes to the moving cables. This involves three stitches, two knit stitches and one purl stitch.

When the two knit stitches move to the left you put the two knit stitches on a cable needle in front of you, purl one stitch and then knit the two stitches on the cable needle.

When the stitches move to the right, then you put one purl stitch on the cable needle in the back, knit the two knit stitches and then purl the stitch on you cable needle.

Hopefully this clarifies the matter a bit at first.
I will look to descripe it clearer and update the pattern.
