Update 28/11/2011: I have corrected the chart for the last two rows. It should now be correct, apart from /|\ which does look a bit odd on the chart, but that comes from PDFing the word document.
Here is the written information for the last two rows:
Row 46 p1k1p1k2p1k1p1k2
Row 47 ssk k2tog ssk k2tog
so that 4 stitches remain, break yarn and thread it through the remaining 4 stitches and pull it together.
