This is a cabled mug cozy in two yarn weights I designed for an intro to cables class at the Kitchener Irish Festival in March 2020

Two very quick variations to try out a simple and a more advanced cable technique, with a brief Irish knitting history lesson.

While one is written for Aran weight, and the other DK, they are very adaptable to any yarn weight - just make sure that the width of the CO is as wide as you’d like your finshed project to be.
