I originally published this pattern many years ago. Recently was going through my older patterns and thought to rework this one. Good thing I did! A few errors that were obvious in hind sight! Plus the original did not have a button band, so added that also.

Any worsted weight or Aran weight yarn will work for this. Wool or acrylic, your choice!

This in knit from the top down. The yoke shaping is from equal increases and increases in needle size.

One of the things I really like about this design is how easy it is to put on or take off. If I want something quick to take Junior (my Rottweiler) out for a quick potty break, this is easy to grab and go.

This garment can be made as short or long as you wish to knit it. It would be wonderful in the short version as a shoulder wrap for those who like to read in bed or for those folks in a wheelchair. Nothing to get tangled in the wheels. Which is a bonus! Plus it will stay on the shoulders easily.

Many, many thanks to Norita W. for testing this pattern for me. She chose a lovely blue for her knit. Beautiful!

Thank you for choosing my pattern.

An error was found on row 55 on the banded version. It should end with c4b, p2, k5.
Sorry and thanks!
