Cabled Vest

There is something about cable knitting that is so intriguing! I love designing, knitting and wearing anything with cables. They add so much to a pattern!
I have been wanting to design and knit my 9 year old daughter a cabled vest. This is what I came up with. She loves it and she loves wearing it! The design turned out so classy.
Plus, this vest was designed with Knit Picks Swish DK yarn and it is a dream to knit with. However, any DK yarn will work.
This vest was designed from the bottom up and is almost completely seamless. You will have to sew the shoulders together. You will be knitting in the round up to the armholes. It makes for much less sewing the pieces together!
This pattern comes with 2 different pattern files. One for the baby vest and one for the child vest. Included with this pattern are 10 different sizes from 3 mths to 12 yrs. You get to choose which size you want to knit!
