This simple wine sweater makes for a quick, easy, classy knit. It is the perfect accompaniment to any bottle of wine and is a perfect gift for wine lovers.

I no longer have the blog for the pattern (life happened!), but here are the instructions:

CABLED WINE SLEEVE

Size: Will fit an average 750 ml wine bottle.

Materials:
●Worsted weight yarn ( I used stash yarn, multi-colored)
●US Size 8 dpn
●Cable needle
●Stitch marker
●Tapestry needle (for finishing)

Abbreviations:
CN - cable needle
K - knit
P - purl

Directions:
Cast on 48 st (16 on each dpn).
Join for working in the round and place stitch marker.

Work in 2x2 (K2, P2) rib for 2 inches.

Work cable pattern as follows:
R1: * Slip 3 st to CN, hold in front, K3, K3 from CN, P2, repeat from *
R2-10: * K6, P2, repeat from *
Repeat rows 1-10 until work measures 9 inches from beginning, ending with row 1.

Work in 2x2 (K2, P2) rib for 2 inches.

Cast off, weave in ends and enjoy!
