Cachou Cowl
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
Cachou (a little candy used to decorate treats) is an infinity scarf/cowl knit in the round with a simple lacey mesh pattern and a scalloped lacey trim. It takes just one skein of fingering weight yarn (the lovely TFA Blue Label Fingering in the Thrills colorway). The pattern includes written instructions as well as charts for the lace. The length is long so it can be worn a few different ways depending on the weather: as an infinity scarf draped around the neck, wrapped once for a loose, lacey cowl, or wrapped twice for a frothy confection.
ERRATA (5/27/12)
3rd Round of Chart #3: First stitch symbol should be ssk, not k2tog. This is correct in the written instructions that go along with the chart.
