Cadeau is the French word for gift. This is a quick knit that is perfect for making those last minute gifts. This is my go-to pattern for charity knitting.

There is a lot of stretch in this pattern, so it is able to fit a variety of sizes. It could be made longer for a slouchy look, but keep in mind that will effect yardage. This could also be made with stripes to use up leftover yarn.

One ball of James C. Brett Marble Chunky is enough to make this hat and a simple matching ribbed scarf. Simply make this hat first and there will be plenty of yarn left to make a generous scarf.
