This yarn is unbelievable. I’m not sure where it has been all my life, but I’m glad it’s now here. Squishy, soft, resilient, gloriously bulky, and with the tiniest bit of halo, Illimani’s Cadena I is perfect for wearing close to the skin. This smocking pattern is an easy variation on cabling, and is much easier to knit than it looks.
