I don’t know about you but my favorite time of the day is when I get to sit down, with lovely, hot cup of coffee, a little swirl of foamy milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg and my knitting. Its the best time of the day, a quiet moment of respite from the craziness in the world. Just sipping and knitting. I grew up with cafe con leche (coffee with milk in spanish), boil your water with cinnamon and brown sugar, steep your coffee grinds in a french press with your sweet cinnamon water and add some hot steamy milk. Yum!
