Recently updated to v. 2, this update makes the pattern easier to read and fixes a couple of minor errors.

An easy knit, this hat uses gauge (through changing needle sizes) to achieve changes in sizing and fabric texture.

You could use any heavy DK/light worsted weight yarn for this pattern, although I think it’s best in a yarn with a bit of halo and drape - possum, angora or mohair mixes are all ideal yarns for this pattern.
