Laura Mac’s daughter, Caitlin, designed our new favorite 1x1 rib cowl using 2 strands of Rowan Frost held with 2 different-colored strands of Rowan Kidsilk Haze (that’s 4 strands in all!).

The silky, shimmering, variegated colorways and deliciously soft brushed alpaca of Frost are subtly enhanced when blended with the practically breath-weight Kidsilk Haze.

Using big-big-big needles, the result is a chunky, sensuously slouchy and incredibly warm cowl that you’ll be wearing after only a couple of knitting sessions!

It’s pure luxury around the neck, and pretty much a given that you won’t want to take it off. So head outside and have a good laugh at the cold winter air.
