Cajsa is a cropped, casual Ziggurat that knits up quickly in a cool blend of silk and linen for summer and woollier blends for all year.
Like all Ziggurats, Cajsa is knitted top down with contiguous sleeve caps, built-in button bands, and (quite intricate) double-knitted pockets. An alternative simpler inline pocket is suggested for knitters who want to coast. The 3/4-length sleeves are sweetly notched.
My own Cajsa is knitted without bust darts. The pattern features optional bust darts (4 sizes).
Note: The pockets are placed 5 cm/2” lower in the pattern compared to the sample photos – the pockets were a tad too close to the bust but I haven’t reknitted the sample to reflect this. Yet.
