Cakey Cat is worked flat, seamed and stuffed.

Materials Required - 2.75mm needles, darning needle, toy stuffing (~30gms) and coloured yarn.

Gauge: Not important, but do ensure to knit tight enough so that the stuffing does not show through on the body and the eyes.

Approximate size is 15cm x 17cm

Abbreviations
K: Knit
P: Purl
sts: Stitches
K2tog: Knit 2 stitches together
Kfb: Knit the stitch, but before taking the stitch off the needle, insert tip of working needle into the backside of the loop and knit that stitch too
Ssk: Slip 2 stitches from left needle to the right needle knit-wise (as if you intend to knit) then slide the left-hand needle into the front part of both stitches and knit them both together

Sewing skills: Matress stitch, over stitch, running stitch
