To fit head circumference:

Baby 40cm, toddler 45 cm, child 50 cm

Yarn: 2 x 50 g skeins 8 ply merino yarn in green

1 ball of white and black wool in same ply as the green

Optional small quantity of contrasting wool for pom poms

Gauge: 22 st and and 30 rows to 10cm in stockinette
