The Calendula Baby Sweater is a comfortable piece with a classic design that never goes out of style.
It’s thoughtfully designed to include preemie and newborn sizes.
Knitted from the top down, in the round, with raglan increases it’s very easy to make and the
perfect pattern for confident beginners. It has the option to knit the collar rib and part of the top
back with an opening and a button, making it easier for the baby’s head to pass through.

- Tension: 25 stitches x 34 rows = 10cm / 4” in stocking stitch with 3,5mm (US 4) needles.

- Needles 3,5mm (US4) circular needles 40cm/60cm (16”/24”) depending on the size and section you are knitting / 3,5mm (US 4) double pointed needles / 3mm (US 2,5) circular or double pointed needles, to knit the wrists, small crochet hook (2-3mm) for the buttonhole at the back (optional).
