This dress will fit the adult sized Calico Critter or Slyvanian Family dolls. The pattern includes simple increases.

I only have rabbits and I am not sure if they are Calico Critters or Slyvanian Family dolls. I have had them since I was 5 or 6 years old…lets just say, many years. I think the bodies are essentially the same for all of the animals.
