Inspired by a Californian Road Trip from the independent yarn dyer whose yarns I used, I designed this shawl to be used with a mini skein set of 5 x 20g (5 x 80m) skeins of 4 ply yarn although it will work with any 4 ply or DK weight yarn with appropriately sized hook. The finished size will vary according to yarn and hook used. Using the mini skeins and 4 ply yarn my shawl is a small shawl measuring 125cm across at the widest point and 28cm in depth.
