Calla Street Hat
Construction: The Calla Street Hat is a deceptively simple knit that creates a warm hat with rich texture. The all-over ribbing creates a lot of negative ease and is intended to fit most adult heads. There is a matching cowl available, the Calla Street Cowl.

Skills needed: Knitting in the round, m1 increase, k2tog decrease
Size: One Size
Circumference: 16” flat (significant ease fits a 21”-23” circumference head)
Height: 8 ½”
Gauge: 28 sts and 26 rows per 4” in body of hat stitch pattern
Materials:

US 5 (3.75 mm) double-pointed needles or needles to knit in the round

150 yards of DK weight wool, wool-blend or similar yarn. Samples shown in Barenaked Wool’s Better Breakfast DK (Poppyseed - grey) and Andean Sun 100% Baby Alpaca (1180 - mustard)
