When the heather is in full bloom, it announces the end of summer. The scent of herbs and grasses and the colorful variety of blossoms takes us on a sensual journey….

The fine, needle-like leaves and the long inflorescences of the broom heather were the inspiration for this pattern. The socks are knitted with a combination of rib and lace patterns for a varied knitting experience. The socks are knitted top-down. You can knit the leg in your desired height. The heel (with heel flap and short row heel turn) is explained in detail so that you will master it perfectly!

Wenn die Heide voll in Blüte steht, ist das Ende des Sommers eingeläutet. Der Duft von Kraut und Gräsern und die farbige Vielfalt der Blüten schickt uns auf eine sinnliche Reise…

Das feine, nadelartige Blattwerk und die langen Blütenstände der Besenheide standen Pate für die Musterung von CALLUNA. Die Socken werden aus einer Kombination von Rippen- und Lochmustern gearbeitet und sorgen so für ein abwechslungsreiches Strickvergnügen. Die Muster werden nach Strickschriften gearbeitet.
Gestrickt wird top-down, es wird also mit dem Schaft begonnen und man arbeitet sich abwärts über die Ferse bis zur Fußspitze. Den Schaft könnt Ihr in Eurer bevorzugten Höhe arbeiten. Die Ferse ist eine Herzchen-Ferse, sie ist ausführlich erklärt, so dass Ihr sie prima meistern werdet! Ihr könnt hier aber auch problemlos Eure Lieblings-Ferse “einbauen”!
