This shawl started as a mystery KAL for my Saturday Afternoon knitters, then went on to be the first Personal Threads Boutique MKAL. Garter stitch, eyelets and short rows keep each section just a little different but not too hard. It has an i-cord edge that is worked throughout and ends with an i-cord bind off.

Material List

  • 3 colors of a fingering weight yarn - Color A & B = 235 yards; Color C = 300 yards
  • US 5 - 32 or 40 circular needle
  • 0.75mm beading crochet hook
  • size 6 beads - 408 beads are used

Original Shawl Colorways
A - Madelinetosh Merino Light colorway Tern

When choosing colors I suggest picking a neutral (A), a speckle or variegated (B) and a pop of color (C).
