Calore is a textured, close-fitting cowl that is great for an advanced beginner looking to play with texture. Worked in the round on size US 10 needles, the cowl has an hourglass shape which is formed by two sections of woven transverse herringbone stitch at the center. This stitch creates a tighter fabric so that the cowl hugs at the neck and flares out a bit at the base and top of the neck. Perfect for those days when there’s a little chill in the air and you need just a little extra warmth.
