Cambria is a light and feminine cardigan that works as an extra layer to wear at work, but it’s pretty enough to go out to dinner that evening.

The front edgings cleverly form a sash that ties in the front and each edging is flanked by a pretty openwork cable. The cable is repeated on the sleeves for a charming accent, and also appears on the back. The rest of the body is in stockinette stitch.

The sweater is knitted in one piece from the bottom up, the visual effect of the vertical cables will be slimming to many figures while the gentle waist shaping creates a flattering fit.

Yarn: Knit Picks Cotlin, 9 (10, 11, 12, 13, 15) balls.
Sizing: 39.75 (42.5, 46.5, 50.25, 53.5, 57)” / 100 (107, 117, 127, 135, 144) cm finished bust measurement; garment is meant to be worn with 2”/5 cm of positive ease.

The lacy cable design is both charted and written.

Pattern has been test-knit and tech-edited for a pleasant knitting experience.
