This versatile accessory can be worn around the neck or on the head!! Originally written as a headband only, a clever customer showed me what a cute collar it makes!!

This piece is started with the i-cord closure and the center panel is comprised of two mirror image cables bordered by seed stitch.

It knits up quite quickly!!
