A classic Raglan sweater is hard to beat. But add in elbow patches, and you’ve got a sweater for the books! Knit top-down, with no seaming (and patches are optional), this sweater will be ready to wear in no time.
Recommended Yarn: Third Piece Baby Chunky 100% Merino | 166 yds ea | 650 - 1,300 yds total | 150-200yds contrasting color, if using
Notions: Size US 11 (8mm) & US 15 (10mm) with 40” cord & size US 11 (8mm) & US 15 (10mm) DPNs | Tapestry needle | 9 Stitch Markers NOTE: pattern uses magic loop method for yoke top-down construction
Gauge: 10 sts / 14 rows = 4” in stockinette sttich uisng size US 15 (10mm) needles
Measurements: Sizing based on XS (S, M, L, XL) measurements Length: 16 (20, 22, 24, 26)“ Width: 15 (19, 21, 23, 25)” sleeve arm length underarm to cuff: 14 (17, 19, 20, 22) Positive ease: 4” total - knit standard size, and the fit will be 4” roomier.
