This recipe allows you to make a custom sized infinity scarf from only one skein of bulky yarn (as long as the skein is a minimum of 109 yards.) The pattern works up quickly. I was able to finish a scarf in about an hour with normal life distractions, so this is a great pattern for last minute gifts!
