Camella
’Camella’ was inspired by Camella Making, owner of ‘A Twist of Yarn,’ a yarn shop in Vernon, BC.
’A Twist of Yarn’ is an amazing place. It’s set up in an old (100+ years) character home that has all the charms and details one would expect. It’s also filled, top to bottom, with all things fiber. Customers are spoiled rotten with the selection and the experience is only made better with Camella. She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and just all together a phenomenal person. But, there is something about Camella I will always hold dear:
Camella taught me how to knit.
This hat is dedicated to Camella. I used twisted stitched to create an Art-Deco type pattern that was inspired by the old house that was turned into the best yarn shop on earth. I hope you all enjoy the pattern
