Cammy Camel – Amigurumi camel crochet pattern

This is only the pattern of the bigger camel. If you like to make the Baby Camel too, I suggest you buy the pattern-set.

Included in this pattern is also a blanket for the bigger camel.

This is an amigurumi pattern, not the finished toy. You will get the pattern in pdf format after the payment is done.

The pattern is written in English and using US crochet terms.

The pattern is straight forward and easy to follow. There is lots of step by step images, especially on the special parts.

You need to know the basic crochet skill for amigurumi, especially how to work in rounds or spiral. Some examples of stitches; slip stitch, single crochet, increases and decreases. And also how to do color changes.

Materials required:

– Yarn, I used medium weight, 4 ply cotton yarn. I used Drops Safran Dark brown and beige (for the camel). The fur can be crochet in same yarn or use something more special / fur-like. For blanket I used yarn left overs and glitter gold yarn.

– Crochet hook 2.0

– Fibrefill / toy stuffing

– Security eyes, 7 mm

– Stitch markers, scissor and embroidery needle

Size (when using 2.0 mm hook and yarn Drops Safran):
Approx. 12 cm in height and 19 cm in length

The pattern is a PDF and you will need Adobe Reader to open it. Adobe Reader is free to download from the internet.
