Campervan Cushion Cover (Kombi)
This crochet pattern is to make a Campervan Cushion Cover approximately 40cm/16″ square. I’ve made the original in Wendy Serenity Super Chunky yarn (5 x 100g balls, 2 Chalk, 1 Jet and 2 x Sea Holly) which is crocheted to a tension of 11 sts and 12 rows to 10cm/4 inches. Of course you can use any yarn you like as long as the tension is correct! I used a 6mm hook.
To finish the cushion you’ll also need a minimum of 40cm/16″ cushion pad (though if you go up to 45cm/18″ you’ll have a plumper cushion. You can poke the top corners of the pad in to keep the roof shape) plus oddments of yarn in red and orange for the indicators.
I just stitched the bottom of my cushion closed but you could use a zip (31cm/12″ zip) or buttons if you’d rather.
