Campfire Banket
The Campfire Blanket is not only a mindless project, great for working on whilstrelaxing on a camping vacation, but also perfect for snuggling up with next to thebonfire. Its warm enough to throw over your shoulders when it gets too chilly, yet light weight enough to keep you comfortable. Being so light and thin, it compacts for easy traveling. It keeps the mosquitos away and shields your legs from the too hot flames.
This blanket is worked in the round from the center outwards.Recommended blanket sizes are listed below. Start with a variegated color! This adds“stripes” to the center which has much shorter rounds.Due to the gradient color change of these yarns, every Blanketwill turn out differently, even when using the same color sequence. It all depends on where the skein starts, so just have fun with it! Use this project as a “stash buster” to use up sock scraps. Use lesser scraps first.
