The CANDLELIGHT-COWL is knitted top down like a yoke, first on double pointed needles, then on circular needles. The Cable-Stitch Pattern is much easier than it might look! For the small cables you don’t need a cable needle at all and for the large cables you only need the cable needle 6 times in total.
