A very quick and simple crocheted Candy Cane that can be used as an ornament or for a garland. Just a little assembly with a wire and you can shape as desired. It’s a great addition to any tree or as a quick gift for someone special!

Materials:

• Size US E/3.5 mm hook
• Red - DK (US)/8 Ply (UK/AUS) Yarn, approx. 12 yds (11 m) of any fiber content
• White - DK (US)/8 Ply (UK/AUS) Yarn, approx. 12 yds (11 m) of any fiber content
• Floral wire, approx. 10” (26 cm), exact gauge or wire isn’t important. It just needs to be thin enough to not show when the Candy Cane pieces are wrapped around the wire.
• Scissors
• Yarn needle/crochet hook for weaving in ends
• Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Gauge
Gauge is not important for this pattern. Finished size of the ornament as written will be approx. 6” (16 cm) height x 3” (8 cm) width.
