Candy Corn Cocoon (preemie, 0-3 month, 0-6 month)

I would rate these patterns as easy. However, having some experience reading patterns would be helpful.

This pattern requires the ability to complete the following (American) stitches:
Ch (chain)
Sl (slip) stitch
HDC (half double crochet)
FLO (front loop only)
BLO (back loop only)

This pattern requires the ability to work in rounds, count stitches, and change colors.

This pattern requires the following material:
Size J (6.0) crochet hook
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
1 skein each of white, orange, and yellow. I used approximately 3oz of a 7oz skein of Crafter’s Secret yarn to make both the hat and cocoon. This is a medium (4) acrylic yarn.
