That’s right, you can be the sweetest mermaid under the sea with this cozy and bright twist on the concept of the mermaid tail blanket. The pattern works up fast due to the bulky yarn used, and includes adjustable sizing so you can create one for every mermaid you know! What a great gift this would be for anyone who loves candy or mermaids (or both)! And how about those with fall birthdays, like me? What an excellent and comfy gift this would make! Materials needed for this project are super bulky weight yarn, a 10 mm crochet hook, yarn needle and scissors. Stitches used are the chain, double crochet, half double crochet, single crochet, and slip stitch. The difficulty level for this pattern is Easy.

Finished measurements are:

Width: 29 inches circumference at bottom of blanket (near fin), 32.5 inches flat across at very top of blanket
Length: about 49 inches (before fin)
