You’ll need 1 x 100g of self striping fingering weight yarn and 1 x 50g of plain fingering weight yarn.

In this pattern I’m used some of my own self striping yarn combined with a plain yarn. Using this combination gives another look to the yarn. Instead of using the self-striping yarn as a set of broad stripes it becomes a convenient ball of mini colourful skeins.

This cowl looks like it’s a complicated knit but you’ll never be using more that one yarn at a time so it’s perfect for stepping up your skills or a relaxing no effort knit. The result is a squishy colourful cowl that is long enough for a double wrap or broad enough to cover your shoulders. Enjoy!
