Candy Heart Sugar Skull is worked flat, seamed and stuffed

This 5 page pattern has step by step instructions and there’s a section at the end to show you how to put them all together

The mouth is a fully knitted piece, seamed onto the head, the two different colours (black and white) are achieved through the use of slipping the stitches (as oppose to intarsia).

Approximate finished size is 15cm x 12cm

Materials required: 2.75 mm knitting needles, darning needle, toy stuffing (~40 gm) and coloured yarn

2gm Stylecraft Special DK 1827 Fuchsia Purple
2gm Stylecraft Special DK 1068 Turquoise

Knitting skills required: Knit, Purl, Kfb, K2tog, Ssk, P2tog

Sewing skills required: Mattress stitch, over stitch, running stitch, chain stitch
