This is a squidgy cuddly rabbit with a striped body in candy cane stripes. Candy is knitted mostly in stockinette and uses simple increases and decreases for shaping. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the rabbit is knitted in DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Debbie Bliss Cashmerino DK (55% Merino Wool, 33% Acrylic, 12% Cashmere) one 50g in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, a pompom maker and beads for eyes.

One size only - 26cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, a kfb increase, k2tog and ssk decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
