I call this a candy starfish just because of the lovely colors and how much it reminds me of colorful hard candies you can sometimes buy! And the great thing is, you can make this starfish in so many different color combinations!

Don’t let the idea of working size 5 Perle Cotton scare you away from this pattern! It is held double, making it easy to work with, but you can also do this pattern with a single strand of multicolored sock yarn instead!!

The yardages are an estimate based on the thread weight given. You will also need some felt for the base of the starfish.
