Candy Swirl Beanie
This pattern is part of my warm hats for cold climates series. Each hat is inspired by a different Canadian city. The Candy Swirl beanie is inspired by the frozen yogurt shop in Dorset, Ontario I used to visit as a child.
Currently this hat is sized to fit an adult small-medium and a large-extra large.
Due to the fact that this hat is done in continuous rounds, gauge is difficult to measure in a gauge swatch. The 10 sc brim should be 6cm wide. 15 rows and 17 stitches of the hat stitch pattern = 10x10cm.
Hat is worked in continuous rounds, 1 stitch short of stitch pattern to allow for the pattern to spiral. For the purposes of this pattern, each row will start with the beginning of the stitch pattern, which means the start of each row will shift left.
