I designed this neck warmer for my hubby who does not like the bulk of scarves and cowls. It fits perfecting under his coat and keeps the wind and snow out!

Knit flat in two pieces from the bottom up, then joined in the round to work the neck.

Grab the hat patten and make a matching set!
