Tips and thoughts

An adult size hat measures 6 3/4” across the circle before you stop increasing.

Gauge= why bother?
I think hats are sometimes difficult for some people to make. Even if you use the exact yarn and the exact hook size we all crochet a little differently, our tension is different. So yes, to be able to make a successful hat and have it fit, please do a gauge Swatch.
