The Cape Cod pillow is knit in the round. Worked in stranded colorwork and shown in three colors the preciseness of the gauge is not important. It is more important that the fabric you are creating is dense and sturdy to prevent the fill or pillow form from being visible through the fabric once the pillow is complete.
