Cape Meares Cowl
The small but mighty Cape Meares Lighthouse was built on the cliffs of the Oregon Coast in 1889. Despite only standing at 38 feet high, the light can be seen 21 miles out to sea because of its perch and Parisian crafted lens. It’s charming, classic and a complete workhorse, just like this cowl.
Don’t let the simplicity of this pattern fool you. The option to knit this as one color or two gives almost endless possibilities to the style. The thick tubular fabric and twisted shape makes this cowl the perfect utility piece in any wardrobe.
Thank you so much for your support of my cowl. Please use the tag #capemearescowl to share with me on instagram! Seeing your yarn choices and watching your progress is the greatest joy. Happy knitting!
