Cape Spear… The wind slapped our faces as we made our way up to the lighthouse. Waves crashed on the rocks below, and grey skies laughed at us while we attempted to find a bit of shelter to catch our breath. This imposing site is worth the visit in any weather. Later that day, the storm subsided, and we looked across to the lighthouse from a distance only to see it bathed in sunlight. link text
